Location Code Structure

Our location code system follows a standardized format that combines components in a consistent order:

Example Breakdown:

Rules to Follow:

  • No spaces between components
  • Capital letters at the start of each component
  • Standard abbreviations for states and countries (2-letter codes)
  • Use full city name without abbreviations
  • For cities with multiple words, remove spaces (e.g., #NewYorkNYUS, #SanFranciscoCAUS)
  • Always include the # symbol at the beginning
